About my Spectacular kid.
Getting pregnant was a massive shock as I got told I wouldn't have children so when I found out, everything had to be right.
My pregnancy wasn't an easy one I was in hospital countless times for reduced movements and also admitted to hospital for two weeks for not being able to keep anything down and I also had an enlarged liver and an enlarged spleen and itching of the hands and feet.
The hospital decided to induce me early his due date was the 26th of July 2016 but due to being induced I had him on the 17th of July 2016 at 3.39am after full established labour being 27 hours I was handed my 7lb 8oz baby measuring at 52cm long and everything just felt complete.
He grew rapidly he really wasn't a small baby for very long.
He absolutely adores his food and really does kick up a fuss if his favourite nursery rhymes by 'Little Baby Bum' isn't put on for him fast enough.
He's a diva but also the most placid kid you'll ever meet he's so happy and content doing his own thing.
He's now 10 and a half months old he's 76cm long and weighs 25lb 8oz 😇
He has also got his first two teeth!
He has an amazing character about him and I am so unbelievably proud to call him my son.
His development considering his eyesight and Nystagmus is surprisingly good! He doesn't babble like other babies but I fully believe that's down to him not being able to see my mouth clearly to copy me.
He crawls, very fast. He pulls himself up and he cruised along the furniture he's got the most adorable dirty laugh and has currently learnt how to squeal.. all the time!
Don't get me wrong he does have his fair shares of being a little shit but he's overall a good boy and I wouldn't have him any other way.
The reason I've named my blog 'My Spectacular Kid' is because he's got to wear spectacles and he really is just spectacular it all just kind of fit together.
